You must submit a new email list request when sending an email to a group of individuals (5) or more who have an Advanced ID, if the stored list is more than 2 weeks old.
All requests must have a complete event invitation or a detailed explanation of your request's purpose.
Upon submitting this form, your request and supporting documents will be emailed to development@gsm.ucdavis.edu for processing.
Allow 10 business days from time of submission for the request ot be processed.
